NW Realty Group has marketed property and communities in nearly every region of the Portland Metro area, and Clark County, Washington. Thus, there exists a need for a resale arm for NW Realty Group to market the resale of the homes of the original customers that we have sold homes to in each of our communities. NW Realty Group has a unique advantage to marketing these properties, as we are already familiar with the community, the floor plans, the amenities, etc. of the property, as well as the surrounding area and competition.
